Is China upholding human rights through South-South Forum cooperation?

The South-South Human Rights Forum being held in Beijing, China is one body trying to provide a platform for the international community. China’s own proposal of “Building a Community of Shared Future for Human Beings” was incorporated into a UN Security Council resolution.

How will this concept help build global governance and tackle many complex and tough issues? How will the South-South Cooperation on Human Rights bring this to the world? And what should we learn from other developed countries to create a world with a shared future that leaves no one behind?
